How We Protect Your Information

Our terms require us to encrypt your deposits, withdrawals, identity documents and game history.

Encryption Standard

All deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are encrypted end-to-end. Your wallet balance, transaction history and identity verification are protected by the same standard used by Indonesian banks.

Cookie & Tracking Policy

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to track which games you play so we can improve the lobby. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to your account.

Account Closure & Erasure

Close your account anytime through Settings > Account & Legal > Permanent Closure. We erase personal data after 90 days; transaction receipts stay for 7 years per local law.

If we detect rule-breaking—like using a borrowed account, placing bets for someone else, or depositing money from an illegal source—we freeze your account and hold your balance pending investigation. If confirmed, we forfeit the balance and report you to the relevant authority where local law requires it.

No. You may only hold one active account per person. If we find duplicates linked to the same identity, we close all but one and flag the account for review. Duplicate accounts violate our anti-fraud terms.

Log into your account, go to Settings > Profile, and update your phone, email or address. Changes to your name or ID number require support approval and may delay withdrawals until verified. Contact live chat to start the update.

If we reject a withdrawal, we'll send you a reason—usually a verification mismatch or suspicious activity. Reply to that email with supporting documents, or open a live chat to dispute it. We review disputes within 24 hours.

Your deposits are held in a segregated bank account in Indonesia, separate from our operating funds. Where local law permits, deposits and legitimate winnings are treated as your property and cannot be seized to cover our debts.

We keep transaction receipts for 7 years as required by Indonesian financial law. Personal data (name, ID, email, address) is deleted after 90 days unless you request early erasure, which happens within 30 days.

The terms are fixed for all accounts. If we change them, we notify you by email at least 30 days ahead. You can close your account before the new terms take effect if you disagree.
